Comfortable Stay with Convenient Access

I stayed for six nights in a King Room. The breakfast options were enjoyable but could use more variety. The location made exploring Pasadena easy-just a short drive to all the local attractions. For a quiet stay, request a room away from the freeway.

The place was fairly clean and little, had amazing and fabulous staff from front desk to maids. The hotel was set in a central area really close to the conventional center, many good restaurants around and other attractions. Also, we saw Arclight Pasadena Movie Theater, based not too far away from the venue...

The property is recently renovated, it has competent staff from front desk to maids. When we visit Pasadena, like staying here👌❤

Very clean hotel, hearty breakfast and a short walk from the metro.

All fairly clean, perfect location and food. Clean pool, parking onsite. Ideal location with a subway station walk from the hotel.

The breakfast is quite good but the breakfast room was too hot.

The wireless connection wasn't too good.

I thought the staff was very good, very accomodating. The room was large and quiet. Great location. I did have a concern with the bedspread which was soiled but it was replaced right away with a clean one. I would stay in my room for the location alone- it was in a corner, the room window faced away from the parking lot. I would definitely stay here again.

My only issue is I think the mattresses might be getting worn, felt more springs than padding

We liked our stay; the staff and location were very good. The room was huge with exceptionally comfortable beds. The breakfast had lots of options, including eggs, fruit, bacon and hot waffles. Really chilled-out base for short stay.

The room including the bathroom are big enough and clean. The fridge, microwave oven, air conditioner and hair dryer are available. But the air conditioner is quite noisy. The breakfast place is nice. Parking lots are enough. It is near downtown Pasadena and quite convenient.

The wireless internet connection is bad. But they said they will upgrade the speed in the near future.

The room was clean and comfortable; it looked like it had been recently remodeled. The staff was gracious; we arrived at noon and were able to check in early. The breakfast included eggs, cereal, toast, bagels and waffles. If we return to the area we would definitely stay there again.

Some strange people staying at motel...looked mentally ill/ homeless who hung out in the breakfast room filling their pockets with food.

Proximity to my event, good restaurants, free parking, breakfast. the respectful, courteous, helpful staff at the front desk and in the breakfast room was the most impressive thing of all............ Peyer Zari, San diego

great location but some room improvements needed

The location is fantastic, with a Whole Foods Market right across the street. The staff was especially accommodating, great to check in early after a long drive.

The room felt worn down and smaller than expected.
